This ARBURG Allrounder 420 C 1000 - 290 Golden Edition Injection moulding machine was manufactured in 2022 in Germany. It is equipped with a Servo-controlled injection unit which has clear distance between tie bars of 420mm. This injection moulding machine has a clamping force of 1000 kN and features a plasticizing cylinder set of 30 mm screw diameter (without nozzle) in wear-resistant design for processing thermoplastics with corrosive and/or abrasive components, with a low to medium filler content of glass, talc orTiO2. It is included an ARBURG THERMOLIFT 100-3 and Temperature control unit (HB-Therm Thermo-5 HB-140Z1). In total is has operated 619h automatic, 891h pump and 81567 machine cycles.
