This TEAM AUTOMATION BERLIN Tattoo Needle Testing System was manufactured in the year 2017 in Germany. It is equipped with a SP control with KTP700F (Siemens) and operates with a 4-axis robot (SCARA LS20 with RC90 - Epson). With 1x linear axis (MLR-080-NN-2) and 1x precision axis (PSK 60), both Bosch Rexroth, the processing system runs reliably and efficiently. See video for more. There is also an IMS Tattoo Assembly Line available to set up a complete line with 2 phases before for the assembly of the needle in shaft together with the cap and tension spring.
